CHARLESTON, SC - In profound sorrow we announce the passing of Mr. Raymond J. Garnett, Sr, 63 of Charleston, SC, who entered into eternal rest on Monday, July 17, 2017. He is the son of the late Richmond Garnett, Sr. and the late Beaulah Mae Smalls Garnett. He is the father of Ms. Mavis Brown, Mr. Raymond Garnett, Jr., Mr. Maurice Garnett and Ms. Danielle Wright. He is the brother of Mr. Richmond Garnett, Jr., Ms. Burnett G. Campbell (Harry), Annette G. West(Ray, Sr.), and the late Richardine G. Thomas.
