SUMMERVILLE, SC. - The Management and Staff of THE SERENITY MORTUARY - SUMMERVILLE CHAPEL, alongside the Carter Family announce the passing of Mr. Franklin Carter, 88 of Summerville, SC., who entered into the Master's Joy on Sunday morning, December 1, 2024 at his residence. Mr. Carter is the beloved husband of Mrs. Louellen S. Carter and a veteran of the United States Army.
